This is what differentiates Premier from our competitors. Full term breakdown cover is an element to our rental option that gives the customer ‘care free ownership’. In simple terms: if something goes wrong with a unit, you call our service team, and we either solve the problem over the phone (this happens 70-80% of the time), or we send a technician out to repair or replace the unit - at our cost. It is a parts and labour warranty over and above a ‘standard manufacturers warranty’ (which in most cases is 12-months) |  |

This is scheduled maintenance on units done in order to ensure they function as best they can for the full contract term. Things like unblocking a compressor or filter every 6 months is the best way to avoid a unit failing after 18 months (not to say that this happens, but preventative maintenance is in place to ensure your units are always in prime condition). Imagine it being a car service: your car runs better after, but won’t necessarily die without it, and will last longer with it. | |||||||||
